Recommended Underlay & Acoustic Solutions
METROPOLITAN SYSTEMS Complete (MSC) Premium Underlay, is a multipurpose acoustical underlay suitable for *non-pad attached floating laminate, and engineered wood flooring, as well as double glue down installations of engineered wood flooring. MSC Premium underlay requires no additional moisture barrier when used with our MSC urethane and the appropriate moisture control trowel.
Metropolitan Systems Complete - Standard Underlay is a high performance underlayment for floating engineered hardwood, laminate, and SPC/WPC without pad attached. MSC Standard Underlay is manufactured in North America with a non-cross-linked foam, creating a textured surface, a strong cell structure, and more open cells. Vapor moisture moves around the flooring system protecting your floor. The construction offers excellent acoustical features and protects the floor locking system.
Metropolitan Systems Complete (MSC) Basic Underlay is an economical 2mm underlayment manufactured in North America with a non-cross-linked foam, creating a textured surface, a strong cell structure, and more open cells. Vapor moisture moves around the flooring system protecting your floor. The construction offers excellent acoustical features and protects your flooring locking system.
Metropolitan Systems Complete (MSC) AMB is a commercial grade high density acoustical underlayment providing up to 100% RH moisture control and a premium bonding surface for multiple flooring types.
MSC AMB is warranted to protect the flooring products installed on top of it from damage caused by moisture vapor emissions from the subfloor/bottom-up up to a maximum 100% RH, as measured by latest version of ASTM F2170, for a period of 10 years when properly installed according to manufacturer’s written installation instructions.

Metropolitan offers the two of Fittes vent’s most popular vent products: (1) the Framed OG Floor Vent Luxe and (2) the Flush Floor Vent.
