FNG Restaurant
Troy Guard invites you to stay a while and dine hard at his new neighborhood eatery, FNG in Denver. This is TAG restaurant group’s 11th restaurant and 8th concept in Denver and they hope it becomes a favorite hangout for the residents of the surrounding Highlands neighborhood. The name here means ‘F’N Good’, and for their 8th concept they decided to get cheeky and do whatever they F’N want!
Modern comfort food and throwback cocktails compliment the nostalgic 1980’s inspired décor here. Popular colors of the era like orange, black, and yellow, mixes with brass accents throughout to complete the vibe. There is certainly a vinyl theme going on here from vinyl records on the wall to vinyl seating! Evoke's luxury vinyl Sully continues the trend on the floor and provides a durable surface for a rock 'n’ roll crowd. Garage doors that open in summer months and rocker memorabilia like Jimi Hendrix coasters, add to the details that make this concept unique.
Food here is a mashup of new American favorites like charcuterie platters and comfort foods like the humble rotisserie chicken pie. Add to that a few unexpected creations and cocktails like the ‘Bang Your Head’ and things get a little more interesting!
