Oak & Thorne Public House has been described as an adult playground. The popular neighborhood watering hole feature games like bocce and ping pong along with plenty of space for people to kick up their heels and relax. With more than 25 beers on tap and a feature menu by the winner of Top Chef Canada, Matthew Stowe, there are plenty of culinary delights to choose from. The atmosphere here is cozy and industrial with a mix of punchy pop-culture graphics that draw your eye to the ceiling. A playful black and white hex tile is the focal point at the bar while a giant deer statue takes watch over the crowd. For those in a more low-key mood, there are two library corners with fireplaces and an open loft with comfortable leather booths upstairs.
